I usually just use the newest version of Pokestock, as the translated version had some error that ended up corrupting my save. 
I'd use Encyclopedia Pokemon but the lack of any PC box after box1 is annoying. I wish Codr (the guy who makes pokegen) would make a separate pokegen for gen 3.
